How we work
All professional programs are conducted according to SSI standards and the Sidemount Precision Protocol philosophy. Particular emphasis is placed on training quality, teaching methodology, SSI standards, and practical preparation for independently working with students.
Each program is tailored to the participant’s experience, current qualifications, and professional goals. We offer both intensive training programs and long-term development pathways extending over several months. This is particularly relevant for Divemaster and Instructor programs, which may be completed as mentorship-based internships lasting up to a year.
This flexible approach allows participants to choose the training model that best suits their schedule, experience level, and career objectives.
Course schedule
The structure of each program depends on the selected SSI professional pathway, the participant’s experience level, and the chosen training model.
Professional programs may be conducted either as intensive courses or as long-term professional development programs spread over several months. This is especially common with Divemaster and Instructor training, which may include assisting during courses, supervised teaching experiences, and progressive skill development under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
Program content may include academic training, practical workshops, skill development sessions, assisting during courses, supervised teaching activities, and preparation for higher professional levels within SSI.
Program details, schedules, and duration are arranged individually according to the selected pathway and participant goals.
